Human Geography > Community
Overview
Community means a society (local society) where a group of interacting people living in a same area share interests and are closely tied each other in some aspects such as politics, economy, and customs. The traditional definition of village community includes farming village, fishing village, and mountain village while the one of local community includes a community in a city.
