'Summary'
"In a broad sense, any service or website that can build a social network is defined as a social networking service or social networking site. For this reason, it has communication functions such as comments and trackbacks. Some blogs and electronic bulletin boards may be broadly included in social networking services.
In a narrow sense, social networking services are defined as "community-type membership services" that promote and support the connection between people. It also includes websites that provide such services. "
