Management on the internet

Even in the case of management on the Internet, the basic idea is not so different from usual, but there are some precautions that are especially specific to the Internet.

1. The management himself has considerable IT knowledge

When business on the Internet began to appear, there were many stores with strange services. First of all, it is a store where the manager himself has never used the Internet, and it seems that the rank of the company is left to the lower employees. A person who intends to do business using the Internet from now on will need a considerable amount of IT technology and common sense of IT.

For example, it is common sense in the IT world to place orders and ships 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, there are some sites that take long holidays during the year-end and New Year holidays, keeping the rules when there is no internet.

2. Make good use of existing famous sites

If you suddenly create your own site and sell your products, you will not have much sales. It is because there is no credit (some sites are not delivered even if you actually make a bank transfer).

Therefore, sales can be expected by using existing famous sites. However, you have to pay a considerable percentage of the sales to the site, which is not very profitable. As a countermeasure, you can create your own site and sell it in parallel with famous sites.

In the case of a very unique product, sales can be expected even on its own site.

3. Use of overseas sites

It is also good to use overseas sites for various reasons.

For example, in the form of personal imports, it is possible to escape from the consumption tax and various inconvenient restrictions of domestic law. However, the product must actually be sent directly from overseas to the consumer by a collaborator or the person who actually lives overseas. There are also cases where the owner himself needs to acquire a foreign nationality (for example, Saint Kitts and Nevis, the nationality of the owner of Blochchain.info, references Soichiro Tahara, Takafumi Horie: Poplar Publishing 2914. No more nations needed).

In addition, the laws of both countries must be carefully examined to prevent them from becoming illegal in both the country of shipment of goods and the country of receipt of goods.

Even when selling domestic products from Japan to overseas, it is an individual import from the customer's point of view, and even in that case, knowledge of individual import is required for sales.

4. Utilization of foreigners' abilities

In recent years, native English speakers have been used as teachers of English conversation practice (for example, by Filipinos). It has the advantages of better pronunciation and less rewards than Japanese teachers.

In addition, cosmetic surgeons may also rely on foreign countries.

Other than that, the utilization of foreigners can be commercialized.
