Introduction
Let us think about what country's knowledge should be given in international activities. A little while ago English played an international role and speaking a foreign language it was thought that it would be sufficient if we had knowledge of English. Recently, however, Chinese is becoming a powerful international language. About 100 years ago, French was an international language as a word of society.
None of the currently used languages have an existential meaning internationally of course, their international importance is changing with the times. Here are some languages important in various meanings in recent years. As a very recent move, it has become possible to translate between languages, and also to listen to those voices, especially through the services offered by Google, via the Internet.
Those systems may still be awkward from the perspective of professional translators, but it seems that it is still a capability that one person can not realize. Please understand such a prior situation and work on the problem.
